I purchased 2 of these and used them at the same time to bake two perfect pumpkin spice pound cakes for Christmas. Just love these! Would purchase more
Like the depth of the pan and it is so easy to coat before baking and super easy to clean after using.
Very good quality. Non sticky. This is a 2 piece set. Very satisfy.
I have the regular silver Wilton Angel food cake pan that's served me well for a long time. I moved, and the tube insert didnt move with me, so I thought the newer darker heavier and possibly non stick was great. The first cake was a bit too big for the pan,(box mix) I admit, while it didnt overflow, the first 15mins bake time were the dramatic climax of an Alfred Hitchcock thriller. After I removed the cake, the pan was a mess! (I hadnt lined it as I should've) that gooey, sticky, thin layer of baked on coating everywhere, particularly hanging on for dear life along the top rim. I feared a clean up worse than a murder mystery. btw, the cake baked beautifully!, high altitude, perfectly done throughout- best baked angel food to date. Not wanting the dreaded caked on, baked on mess clean up, I chose to set the pan in the sink filled with warm soapy water. Meanwhile I noodled around the internet to see how to clean without marring the finish on my new pan. By the time I'd repeatedly read "wash with warm soapy water" without mention of scrubbers to use or avoid, I checked on the soaking pan about an hour later coincidentally, the stickiness, baked on cake crust, was ready to be easily wiped out/off!!, WOW what an Angel of a Pan!, perfectly even baking, perfectly easy clean up.
