This is a really great value! I used to get DHA from the health food store but recently found this at walmart. No getting away from the fishy breath though. Algae stinks like fish :(
Necessary at the time of pregnancy
After my heart attack, Doctor recomended these to boost my "good" cholesterol. I can swallow these ok. Unlike the 450 mg ones that are too big for even me who can swallow almost any pill. Walmart however quit carying these in store. Could not take fish oil cause perscription blood thinners doubled up on me. This plant dha is the ticket.
My 12-year-old Cairn terrier is taking this product & thriving, ever since it was recommended by her vet.
These are small and so much better than the fish-based pills. Easy to swallow and no after taste.
