I had surgery for a broken back, May 08... I was just sitting around and gaining weight due to lack of excercise plus too much pain. my brother offered to buy me an excercise bike for me. I have a small apt. but we put it right around my "area" within reach of everything else I need. It is so easy, and visable which helps to make me use it everyday.... I get some excercise and feel like I'm able to do something instead of just sitting around watching tv. plus it doesn't take up a lot of space. I LOVE it

Was advised by my doctor to purchase a recumbent bike after I had knee surgery. I priced and compared several bikes both onsite and online. This bike arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It has performed well and is very quiet during the hour I use it each day. My only complaint would be that the seat adjustment is a little difficult to control.

The bike itself I have used for a short time and love it. Recovering from surgery and it has been a Godsend. Did not come with a manual but figured it out with a picture. Shipping I am not so pleased with. The casing was cracked at the pedals. Did not return it because I was in dire need and did not want to wait to get another one.

I bought this for my son because he liked a similar product that I have. I bought from walmart because the site-to-store option is awesome. My soon was moving out of state and I ordered this a few days before he moved and had it sent to the walmart nearest his new home - it was ready for pick-up when he got to town. he loves it - uses it daily.

As far as functionality is concerned, I have had no problem with the bike so far. Honestly, I am really enjoying it. However, the down side is all of the nicks, dings, scratches, and cross-threadeds holes there were upon opening the package. If this is recurring, I would definitely address the supplier.

this bike looks nice. however, i did have to exchange the first order b/c the motor/calorie counter came broken!!! what a pain to disasemble after spending time puting it together in the first placer. exchange was easy after that and shipping was paid by walmart. but it was a really big pain and disapointmeant! levels are a bit harder than my other bike but that is individual preference i guess.

If it wasn't such a pain to dismantle the bike and send it back, I would. We had troubles locking the seat in place on the bar since the lock clip was not set in the groove from the factory. I called the company but they recommended we send it back for a refund or an exchange. Instead we went to Lowes to buy the little rings and a $20 tool to put it on. We had to use a vise to pull the plates together so the lock clip would have enough room to slip in the groove. Then...the seat is never firmly in place as you ride. Doesn't seem to lock down hard enough. Just seems cheap. Wish I would have bought an in-store bike I could have tried out before buying. It is nice and quiet and has good programming features and I'm sure I'll use it for a long time. Just probably won't ever be really happy with it.

Seat will not stay tight and stable, especially if you are shorter, 5'3". Notice if you have shorter legs, the seat has to be forward on the decline base part of bike's body to reach peddles. We had four people of different sizes use bike, but seat would come "loose" after minutes of using bike. Even at slow pace! I have a back injury and the unstable seat didn't help. I thought the seat with a back would with help my injury, but not with seat sliding around. Each time we tighten the seat, the base seat device acted like it was "stripped" and loosen again. I called company and they said they didn't have the parts to send for repair. Now, I have pack bike back to store for a refund or replacement. I will be asking for a refund! I worry about keeping a new bike that company doesn't have the parts to repair! The bike does look good. The directions were 5 out of 10. I expect more for a $400 bike.

This bike was in horrible condition when I opened the box. The steel square tubing of the frame was bent making it difficult to assemble. It was obviously beat up very violently during shipping to the store to distort the strong steel materials. The box was ripped and open is several places. There was numerous paint chips. There was missing screws also that im sure probably fell out of the ripped up box. The bike works after my husband used some muscle and pry bar to straighten the frame and other defects in the steel. Would not buy again!!!!!!!!!! My husband fixed it instead of returning it because it was so heavy i didnt not want to take it back and go thru the trouble of transporting it back to the store...alot of trouble for such a expensive piece of equipment..
