easy to assemble, easy to adjust, adjusts to fit anyone, seat mounts like a traditional bicycle seat (so it can be replaced with a "real" seat), very sturdy, the heart rate monitor is great, handle bar can be positioned to most comfortable, seat adjusts up/down front/back very easily, wheels in front for easy relocating, the only tiny gripe i have is that it doesn't appear to have as many programs as stated, but the programs it has (at least 10) are very nice, this looks and feels like the bikes at the health clubs. also, the pedals are very comfortable, you can ride without shoes, and it's a very smooth and quiet ride, the resistance level changes so smoothly, it's so cool. i love it.
This bike works great. I love how quiet and smooth it is! I got a great value for the price I paid.
Wow, this will get you back into shape. I love to bicycle and over the winter I got out of shape because it was too cold to ride outside. I like that I get a good workout indoors. The programs are good and it was not that hard to put together.
I bought this bike for Hubby and I to work out at our convenience. I really think the bike is worth more than they charged for it. Easy set up, very sturdy and rivals those that I used at the gym for a fraction of the price. Great addition to our home gym. I love it because I can work out at my own convenience and I am saving a ton on two gym memberships.
It is a nice bicycle; it meets my expectations in terms of performance, quality and style. It has a computer that controls speed, distance and intensity, which changes smoothly. Also it has a comfortable seat. Overall, it is a good product, and I will recommend it to any person of any age to buy it. This product is like someone else described it on the reviews: “it looks and feels like standard bicycle at the gym".
The Cons: the seat is a little harder than I'd like. I've been to many spin classes at gyms and this bike isn't good for standing up and pedaling because the distance between the seat and console is too short (I'm 5'4"). The Pros: This bike is solid, has good pre-set workout programs, and is not difficult to assemble for anyone that can read a diagram and directions. The bike is absolutely silent -- so much that my husband swears I don't even use it because he can't hear it. I get a good huff and puff workout on the high resistance settings. Overall a good piece of equipment for a gentle to moderate workout.
The box was a little beat up, had a broken part, but my son and I were able to put it together in about 40 minutes. Seems to work good - quiet movement - Its a decent workout. I like that it is real quiet. I called the 800 warranty line about the broken parts and I had them in 5 days! That's not bad service these days, so I am pretty happy with my purchase.
the seat kinda hurts, but you can swap that out no problem. i still fit on it (6'2'', 300 lb)
