the equipment was easy to assemble and is well-made. adjustments are easy and storage aspect is great. i very heartily recommend this product.
The bike is very well built and very quiet. You can watch tv and exercise with no problems. The bike requires no power, only batteries (included) for the monitor. The bike can also support someone up to 6'3. I highly recommend this product.
I've been using this bike for 30 minutes, five times a week. I find it to be challenging and easy to move. I am about 5'11 and 1/2". I'm not uncomfortable excercising on it and it is relatively quiet. I am able to watch television while I exercise and I work up much more of a sweat than I ever did at the gym. I did buy the service agreement, which makes me feel much safer. I've belonged to gyms for the last 20 years, but have quit after buying this excercise bike and a total gym type product. I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who is considering purchasing it! I have three very curious and energetic children. It's nice to fold up this bike and keep it in a closet so that they aren't able to break it or mess it up.
This is a wonderful and sturdy bike that is a great value for the price. While I find it a little hard to pedal even on the lowest setting, I guess that is the point! You get a very good workout and build up quite a sweat. Fairly easy to set up and portable for small spaces. Recommend to all.
I was very happy with the condition my bike came in and how speedy it came in. I ordered it on late Thursday night and it was at the store by Monday. Very easy to assemble, and I was riding. I am very impressed on the magnetic technology used for increasing intensity. Works well, doesn't take up much space and if I had room in my closet it would stow away easily. I LOVE this bike. Now there is no excuse for me to exercise daily. No worries about rain, snow, sleet, or HEAT. I LOVE this bike. Worth getting, and Walmart is very quick at shipping either site to store or to you. I have had no problems with their speed in shipping. Best investment I have ever made in addition to the Ab Circle Pro. Love both of them, and were the best purchases I made.
Overall, this is a very useful, quiet, comfortable exercise bike. Easy enough to put together, and although tall and heavy when folded, it's certainly stowable in a closet. However, while the box arrived in great shape and in a (very!) timely manner at the store, the housing covering the pedals was badly cracked from obvious factory damage. The bike works fine, but I did contact the manufacturer for replacement covers, and was told they would ship them to my house at no cost. That was several weeks ago, and still no covers and no further response to my emails from the manufacturer. I like the bike, and it would be a hassle to haul it back for a refund. I have duct-taped the cracked covers, and use it almost daily. It's a good product, but the "fly in the ointment" is the fact that I really resent paying $200 for damaged merchandise. Buy one at your own risk.
I purchased the recumbent bike after an injury to regain strength .I chose it for the size, it folds up when not in use. This bike is Great to ride and store. I use it every day for someone looking to exercise daily in a small area it is the best value.
It's a whole lot bigger than they make it seem and INCREDIBLY difficult to move around on carpet. It weighs at least 50 lbs. The assembly instruction were a joke. I've had it for about two weeks and now it makes a very loud banging noise every time the pedals rotate. The seat wobbles and everything come unscrewed fairly easily. Overall it's an ok product, you can get a fairly good lower body workout, I'm not sure if it was worth money. You could spend a little extra and get a much higher quality bike.
Received this using Site to Store. Walmart did a good job it getting this in the time period promised. Box said it's a two person transport, but I was able to do this on my own. I'm a 5'5" woman, and was perfectly capable of moving it from my car to the house. Easy to assemble, but within one day, something "popped". The tension was no longer working, so I called Stamina customer service for help. The rep had as much info as I had in the owner's manual, so we were in the same boat. I requested a new tension knob & cable, and she suggested also sending a replacement belt, (even though it wasn't broken) just so I would have it. After I opened up the wheel casing, I found that the belt slipped off the barrings. This must have been something that was misassembled in-factory or during transport. Nevertheless, it's been working great. If I wasn't mechanically handy, I would have been frustrated and irked, and would have returned it. But, I do love this bike. It folds up easily and can be stored out of the way unlike the regular exercise bikes my mother and sister have. Would highly recommend it for someone with a small space & some ablility to troubleshoot issues. If you don't, at least purchase the extended warranty.
I've only had mine a couple of months and it's already broken. The pedal crank makes a popping sound as the pedal itself jerks. I puchased it a year ago, road it three times, and because of my injured leg had to put it away for surgery and recovery time. I finally got to ride it a year later and it's already broken and the warranty has run out.
