Had a small issue with one pedal a week after using the bike. Customer service replied quick and issue was resolved quick also. Bike now works great.
Very happy with purchase , logging many miles , Easy to assemble
We received this as a longevity gift from work. When I got it home the family took turns on it. It is, of course too big for a six year old to sit and peddle, but perfect for teens to adults. Within five minutes of beginning the workout I could feel the burn in my calves and knees. Fifteen minutes and the sweat begins to pop out of my pores. The computer logs speed, distance, calories, and time and runs on two AA batteries. It takes up little space so we sat it in front of our television, in the living room, so we can keep our mind off the burn and increase our workout time.
I ride for 2 miles each night not to get bored with product I am up to 30 miles now and losing weight I also ride to my fav tv shows which helps me not notice the time go buy . This is well made and very quite since I live in apt and have people below me I can Ride at two in morning if have too..
When I originally purchased this item it was making a weird loud noise. I called customer service and they were able to send me a new bike. The new bike works great. the tension knob give a really difficult workout and the easy level works wonders. I can sit and ride while watching my favorite shows for hours. The seat is comfortable and the pedals are excellent. I recommend this bike.
I chose this bike as a years-of-service gift from work. It was easy to assemble and works great. We had difficulty with one part and the awesome customer service resolved the issue quickly and to our complete satisfaction. It uses up very little floor space in our exercise area and is easy to move around.
I've had my Stamina 1300 for a month. It sits solidly on the base even though it's not especially heavy. This is important to me because my mother and step father use it. They're both older and have had knee replacements so I wanted to be sure they were safe. The Stamina pedals smoothly and easily. The resistance knob dials in only a subtle amount of difficulty. The seat is very comfortable and changing the height is easy. These are also important considerations for my parents. The display shows huge numbers and it starts and stops automatically. I was missing the adjuster knob for the seat height in the original box. I called customer service and they shipped it to me free of charge. The bike assembles fairly easily. I did have a little trouble understanding how to hook the resistance wire to a clamp in the tube but eventually I figured it out. It's a nice looking bike in silver.
I purchased the Stamina Upright 15-1300 on Sept 2, 2015 and as soon as it was delivered I put it together. It took less than an hour to assemble and was relatively easy - once I got going! It has a very nice and simple display which shows how long you've ridden, how far you've gone, and how many calories were burned doing it! The only down thing that I'd say about it is the seat, while cushioned, isn't terribly comfortable; however, it isn't a deal breaker either. I really like the bike and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and affective piece of exercise equipment.
I've had my 1300 Exercise bike several weeks now and am quite pleased with it. It is solid and simple--a minimum of bells and whistles--which is what I prefer. Happy to have it.
I purchased this item and it does the job. But the noise! every time I pedal it sounds like a "rusty swing". The noise just gets louder and louder. It doesn't matter what level of resistance I have it on, it makes the noise. I cannot even hear the TV.
