Unbelive it, such a good product. Also good for senior people for workout, because it is so easy to sit down and get up, and strong support for them.
This bike is very sturdy and does not take up too much space. It is very comfortable and I was quite surprise at how quiet it is. Riding this bike for 30 minutes is a pleasure. All in all, it is a great bargain!
I received the bike about two weeks after I ordered it. The bike requires two people to assemble it, although most can be done by one person. The instructions are the very best, step-by-step instructions you will find, and the screws, bolts, etc come extremely well packaged, making it super easy to find the right part when needed. It took us about an hour for the entire assembly. Only one place was it a bit difficult. Most was just put the part in the right place and screw it together onto the frame. The actual screen has 8 different programs you can use and the tension is adjustable. I'm a very good shopper and I don't think you can find a better product for the price ($159) anywhere. Great value.
I had double knee surgery and needed help for rehab. My physiotherapist suggested looking at used exercise bikes. There were some good deals, but I was worried about transporting the item home, as they are often heavy. Walmart offered free delivery for this recumbent bike, and at under Cdn $200 including tax it proved to be a good deal. This bike is solid and operates very quietly. It feels exactly the same as a much more expensive one in the physio office. It allows you to use 8 pre-set programs or just ride as long as you want. Easy to adjust resistance control. Only a couple of minor criticisms. Surprisingly it has a heart-rate monitor, which I wouldn't have expected at this price, but it is quite erratic in operation. Adjusting the seat position forward or backward is a pain, but normally you would not do this very often. Some assembly is necessary although not difficult, but at a certain point it is helpful to have another person to hold something in place while you tighten it. The general feel is quite sturdy. I recommend this unit as a good value.

This bike is a very good value. It's a bit heavy overall, but is solid once put together. Assembly is fairly routine and doesn't take too long. Parts went together well and seem to be of above average quality. The seat is comfortable. The position is also easy to set up and is very natural. I am impressed at how quiet the operation of the bike is. It is almost dead silent - this was something I was hoping for, but not really expecting. Pedalling is smooth and easy. The only thing that I'm not crazy about is the digital readout. It's too bulky for what it is - could be 1/4 the size and still be functional. Speaking of which, the information displayed isn't too useful - not sure if it's accurate or not. I set a timer or tell myself I'm riding until the TV program is done and that's it. I don't think the 'pulse function' works - too hard to tell...and it's unimportant to me. Overall this bike gets an 8 out of 10. Very sturdy and solid. Comfortable seat and extremely quiet. Don't buy this for the digital display, it's not of much use. Still, it's a good product that I would recommend.
