I have used several different nasal rinses over the years including some of the more expensive like NeilMed. Most of them seem to have the same old sodium packets. I have finally found that does what it says it will do! At the first sign of an allergy flare up or other nasal congestion, I immediately pull out the ChitoRhino Sinus
The bottle is great. I feel super confident because i know there is no backwash. The packets are great. Much better solution than Neilmed

This rinse is great. Much better than the plain dry saline packets and the bottle allows you to keep your head pointed down instead of to the side. The packets have a plastic liner which helps retain moisture in the ingredients. This solution works great.
I have used this product for a couple of years. Have always been extremely satisfied. Whenever I feel my allergies beginning to bother me this is my go to first option. I highly recommend this product.
LOVE IT!!!!I used to use Neilmed powder but it's not antibacterial like chitorhino. I've been using it for about 3 years And now chitorhino has this Cleanwash bottle even better!
1 rating is because the bottle is great. The solution packets were empty, they were filled with air. I opened several before I realized it so I couldn't return. I bought the original from my ENT doctor and it works great (if you get the filled packets also).
