this make over kit is real fun ,but needs more effects( add ons) my 10 year old loves it
I bought this for my 10 year old daughter more than a year ago. It is a perfect gift for those girls that are wanting to experiment with make up, hair styles, etc. The only complaint my daughter had was that she needed good lighting for the picture. My 7 year old daughter was able to use this also with no help. It's easy enough for a child to hook up and use without having to yell for mom or dad to help get them started. When they have friends over they always have a blast and I don't have a mess to clean up afterwards.
I bought this for my 10 year old and she loves it. The picture on the tv is not the greatest to me, but it doesn't seem to bother her. You have to have a good bit of light on your face for the picture to be clear, but other than that she's had a ball with it.
We absolutely love this product! My daughter got it for Christmas last year and still plays with it. Is the picture great quality, no, but it is good enough especially if you take it in a well lit room. Sunlight is best. You are only paying $50 for it, you can't expect perfection in that area! It took a little while to learn. I noticed someone else said the makeup looks like a marker. It does until you lock it in, then it looks like makeup. We had to figure that out and that made us much happier. The kids have had fun making up their pets and little brother. Lots of laughs! Best, most used present she got last year and I would buy it again!
My daughter received this for Christmas, and has played with it almost every day, even bringing it to friend's houses to share. The only issue she says she has a problem with is taking a picture (sometimes.) It is best to follow the directions when taking the initial picture and make sure you have enough light to get a good result. Other than that it is hours of fun the whole family can enjoy. Would definitely recommend and purchase again!
This toy is terrible. The picture quality is horrible. If you don't have a super bright light shining on your face you can't make it out because it would be too dark. Very difficult to design once you got a half way decent picture in there. This toy is not worth it! It dose have a cool idea if it worked.
i would give this product 0 stars if i could it does not work when u go to take a picture of your self with it it is all blurry and it say's you can change your hair style and put make-up on u it looks like a cartoon but worse and when u go to put make up and change the hair style on the people it already came with it does not stay on when u go to the next thing. i would NOT recomend this to any one it is not worth the money DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PIECE OF JUNK!!! I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. THIS ITEM IS BEING SOLD TO CHILDREN EIGHT AND OLDER, BUT ADULTS CAN'T GET THIS THING TO WORK PROPERLY. THE FACE DRAWING WON'T LINE UP WITH A REAL PERSON, THE PICTURE ARE TO CLOSE AND BLURRED OR TO FAR AWAY AND MUCH TOO DIM AND HAZY TO MAKE OVER. NOT A GOOD GIFT I RETURNED IT.
Please do not waste your money on this. I bought this last year for my girls and it is horrible. When trying to put makeup on the model it looks like permanent maker, and to take a picture of your child it will not line up right and is a total waste of time and money. DO not bother with this one, it was horrible.
I bought this for my 9yr old daughter and she absolutely hates it. It's impossible to get a good picture with the camera and the make-up looks like clown paint. I thought that this would be something that she and her friends could play with during sleepovers but it became a dust catcher. Do not waste your money.
