This is the best training fin I have ever used or recommended. I used to be a swim coach and a competitive swimmer and have taken swimming back up to rehab some hip, pelvic and back surgery. These fins are perfect for stroke improvement as well as rebuilding muscle without excessive strain. The design doesn't change the basic swimmers kick like so many other fins - you are able to kick in any direction with maximum efficiency and minimal stress. Unlike many fins, I have experienced no rubbing and have not had to wear fin socks. These fins have improved my strokes so much that I am considering returning to Masters Competition.
