I Love it, bought it for my grandbaby my son in law said it was a breeze to put together, and it matches their the rest of the house, lots of space to put things on the shelves in baskets! its wonderful
I had purchased a changing table for my son of 2 years when he was born at about the same price as this one. We couldn't reuse it for our baby to be because it is dangerously unsturdy, I remember it being a little wobbly when we first put it together. This Storkcraft Lennox Changing Table, Black is AWESOME. The photo doesn't do it justice. It is beautiful and incredibly sturdy. I love it. I bought a Storkcraft crib too, we just have to assemble it. I'm hoping it is a great as the changing table we bought!
I put this together by myself so it took about an hour to do. I think would be much easier with 2 people. Very beautiful and looks perfect with my crib which wasn't made by the same company.
This changing table is beautiful and extremely sturdy. We purchased this changing table to match our DaVinci Emily Crib and it is perfect. The colors match, the legs match and the curves match. It's almost like Storkcraft designed this changing table for the DaVinci Emily Crib. We had some issues with the drawer and there was a small damage in the wood on one of the pieces but I called Storkcraft and they are sending out the replacement parts as well as some touch up paint. Extremely satisified with this product!!!
I was pleasantly surprised how well the product was packaged and even more surprised at how easy it was to put together. I managed to assemble it in under an hour and it appears to be very sturdy. It matched the crib I bought from a different manufacturer perfectly. It's larger than I expected and was a great value for the money. I did purchase a thicker changing pad than what the product came with for my princess; which fit perfectly and was the perfect finishing touch. Even with the purchase of the second changing pad the combined purchase price was still less than other similar changing tables I had priced.
I recently purchased this in black for my baby nursery. I am having triplets and I know I'll get lots of use from it. It feels very sturdy and very high quality. I am surprised at how inexpensive it was, definitely worth more! It matches the Baby Mod Cadence Collection perfect - beautiful all over!
Very Sturdy!! I had recv'd all the pieces and nothing was broken. I do agree that the shelving and the wood finishing is a little cheap but the main reason why we bought it was because of the STURDINESS. We thought 50lbs would be suffient and we were right. A piece of the finishing peeled off but we just got some black paint and went over it. For the price, this was a good purchase for us, but again we were more concerned about the sturdiness!! We can always add more support to the shelving ourselves if we have to. Oh and love the drawer.
I read all the reviews and ordered this along with the crib and dresser combo anyway..I'm glad I did. All three pieces were delivered to my house in less than a week. After reading other people's reviews I expected at least one problem with the pieces, not so. It took my husband just a couple of hours to assemble all 3 pieces, with the help of his drill of course, and we're so pleased. The set is beautiful and I can't wait for my son to sleep in it in March. Only one issue, the drawer is a little shaky, but easliy dealt with. Definately a good buy!!!
I thought all the reviews sounded amazing before I purchased this changing table. Ever since it arrived, we have had more problems with it than ever anticipated. First, one of the pieces of wood was already split before assembly. There were also lots of dings and scratches already on the wood. Some of the paint was even coming off. Then, the drawer was broken after assembly and it terribly hard to open and close, almost brining my fingers everytime. We called for parts request and were treated horribly. Their customer service is awful. After finally getting those problems worked out, one of the tops of the shelves just fell off the other day like it had been cracked from the beginning. We never handled any of these peices without proper care, it just seems this changing table came with all the problems we are experiencing. While it may be sturdy, I will never purchase from this company again. I am debating whether or not to throw this table out and buy a new one. HORRIBLE.
The hardware that came with this changing table was cheap (specifically the stuff for the drawer). When assembling the product the hardware for the drawer broke and isn't something you can just go get from lowes or homedepot to replace (we tried), so our changing table doesn't have the drawer. Besides that it is nice though.
