i purchased this potty chair for my 16 month old and he loves it! the toilet paper is right next to him and he has his on little wipes right there and he loves to stand on the stool to wash his little hands. the seat cover is a little flimsy but the rest of the potty is great and easy to clean.
This potty is the best one I have found for my son. He loves to sit on it..It is easy to clean and the seat can be used on the toilet when he is ready ..I love the foot stool that comes with it ..When you are not using it it is hidden under the potty...A must have..
My daughter is 14 months old and she is soooo ready! We got this potty chair b/c of the wipe storage and the fact that she could have her own little roll of TP. The wipes container doesnt fit most flushable wipes. We've tried Johnson & Johnson and an off brand and neither fit. Easy solution is to just cut them in half w/ kitchen shears. I would also recommend putting a used roll of TP on it (1/3-1/4) since most children LOVE toilet paper. The entire top of the chair sits on the potty and offers quite a bit more stability for my little one compared to the rings that sit on the big potty. This is a great buy and definitely worth the money!
Excellent potty chair! I'd recommend to everyone. I love the diversity of featuers that it offers and how it attaches securely to toilet without an issue. My daughter loves it and I do too! The seat and bucket are easily removeable - which I like and dislike at the same time since my daughter went through a phase where it was more fun to play with the potty than sit on the potty. It was also a bit tall at first, which was easily corrected by removing the blue footstool bottom. I am very satisfied with this product! It's well worth the money!!! It's very durable, transportable, and you can't beat the features (stand alone potty, potty on toilet, and two foot stools all packaged in one).
Getting to the wipes can be frustrating when the potty lid is in certain positions. However, my son loves it because it looks like a real potty and it holds the paper at his level. And the extra step stool has come in handy quite a few times for my two older children.
It's a great potty seat. The only thing I would add is a rubberized bottom to prevent slipping.
This potty chair is a great one to get for potty training, my son loves to use it he is 16 months old and doing good on it, it is great if you have smaller children than most, its still easy for them to use it. Would definitly recommend this product.
i love this potty. i actually saw it in a magazine and was in love with it. the only issues i have with it are 1. the back on mine doesnt seem to want ot fit into the sections made for it so my son takes it off sometimes. 2. it is hard for my son to sit down OVER the splash guard. he always seems to put his "equipment" on it and sit which makes me hurt and i don even have the same equipment. other than that i love this potty. and i dont like all the bells and whistles the other pottys have because i want him to be proud of going potty not making music. he loves this potty too.
We were very excited about receiving the potty trainer in the mail from grandma. The first time my son sat on it, the green splash guard popped off. And then it popped off again the second time he sat on it! When I flipped it over, it appears to be a VERY POOR design and will not stay in place. I would not recommend this for a boy. I have one toddler and another boy on the way, so I am envisioning lots of urine everywhere, especially since the splash guard does not work.
Thought this would be a great idea - but now after really going thru the potty training - Not A Good Idea to buy this! 1. Can't find any wipes that fit the holder in the back - they are all about 1/2 inch too big!! 2. The seat has a defect and the deflector shield will not stay on after the 2nd or 3rd use. Not good for a boy if he has nothing to hold the urine spraying everywhere! 3. The toilet lid - my son only wanted to play with it and try and close it while he was on the seat. Finally just took it off. 4. hassle to clean if urine fell between the seat, the removable cup and the bottom of the chair. I would recommend getting a potty chair that is all one piece - easier to clean up and nothing to break!
