I recently purchased the Access LiteRider Tonneau Cover for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma The cover arrived in a timely manner. I discovered that the 6 clamps listed in the parts list had not been included. I contacted RealTruck who responded quickly and discovered that the Tacoma does not use the clamps and additional instruction were needed. RealTruck contacted the Access and these instructions were provided. This delayed installed a couple days. If you purchase this cover be sure to get the additonal instructions. Once the instructions were received the cover installed in less than 1 hour. Even having to wait a couple extra days I am still pleased with the cover. I would purchase other Access products and order from RealTruck.
Ordering my cover was easy, and delivery was great. Took about an hour to install as it was probably one of the hottest days of the year when it arrived. Cover looks great on my 2007 RAM and is SO much easier to operate it then my previous one that I had on my 96 RAM. Just unlatch the tailgate lock and roll it up to the front of the truck, when ready to close, roll to the rear, set the latch in place and snap down, no stretching the cover and trying to push the snap in place. This cover adds value and style to my RAM.
The bed cover I ordered was wrong (my bad) . I called you guys explaining I had very little time before I was had to leave on a trip. Your salesman went out of his way to get the correct cover and I received it on time to leave on time. He should receive an " attaboy". Thanx
Good design and somewhat had a little time to spent during installation.
As cover is new, I reserve the right to downgrade my rating should it not hold up in the upcoming winter. Cover looks and works very well-easy to install; instructions could be better, but a little common sense goes a long way. I would recommend this cover to others.
Great cover, very happy with the end result. However, the installation directions were not the best, and the online video did not come in clear at all. With that said, a little mechanical ability, know how, and patients are all you need for a successfull install.
Very snug fit. Bought for the fact that I like it rolled up for the most part. I use my truck like a truck and having a permanent cover is not my ideal truck use. However, when I need a cover, I have a cover. Not hard to install. Took a couple of hours but would be much faster had I knew what I was doing. Video was extremely helpful.
The product was easy to install and I have been very happy with the unit so far. The only issue I have had is that it did not seal at the front of the bed the way I thiught it should. I had to do some caulking to keep the cover from leaking when it rained.
A good product and I was able to put it on by myself . Gave it a four because I feel the instructions need some updates .
The quality is pretty good but not too crazy about how it mounts inside the bed rail instead of on top like I thought it would. It closes in the bed that much more, about 3” or so on each side and limits the height inside the bed because of that as well.
