This is my all time favorite lancet . I lost my old one and waited for me to find this one to replace it. It is expensive but well worth the price. I love it. It holds a cartridge of six lancets, so at best I only have to change cartridges once per week.
Poking fingers a lot? these adjustable 6 shooters are great! Click to next one till all done, it easier than changing all the time
Delivery was quick and as promised. The item was securely packaged. It is the standard lancet device for the Nano unit and works well for me. Easier on my fingers and easier to keep hygienically sanitary. It is easy to load and takes away the counting for me. I am glad to get a replacement without having to buy the whole unit.
The drums I like that you don't have lancets to deal with after using if you are out and need to check your blood glucose. Nobody wants a needle jab from others trashing them. As well, Accu-check app is easy to connect the device to, and shows whether you are in the red, yellow or green. I think the drum being used made the pricks less painful but effective. I rather carry a lancet pin with the drum full of needles in my purse than the others. I like having a choice.
This is soooo much better then the push button safety lancets I was using before. My finger tips are happy and I am happy. EASY to use, no fuss no muss. The depth control is very nice and easy to work to find the right balance to make daily blood draws easy and pain free. Will continue to buy the refills as well
It's great for testing away from home, with much less to keep up with and dispose of. I wouldn't want to go back to traditional lancets.
I love this lancet pen. I have always liked the One-Touch glucose meter, but I've never liked the lancent device that came with it. I love with the accu-chek that each barrel holds 6 lancet needles, so less having to change the needle.
I got this for my husband when the Dr told him that he was diabetic because I knew he wouldn't check his blood sugar regularly if he had to mess with individual lancets and a bottle of test strips. I'm happy to report that the purchase was an even bigger hit than I thought it would be! He absolutely loves the simplicity and compact design. It has a hard shell carry case to fit everything in and it keeps everything in its proper place. He can carry it right next to his cell phone at work! Now, I didn't shop around once I found this so I really can't compare but being a Nurse married to a Diabetic this purchase was worth its weight in gold!
I use this every day and love it, works well, always ready to use, my only thing I wish it held more than 6
