pumpkins appliqued on towels and a table runner with pumpkins for THANKSGIVING! Thanks for making three different shaped pumpkins. This die is great..Cuts my time since it only takes a few minutes to cut out 12 applique pumpkins at a time! Thanks for the time saving Accuquilt!
I applied fusible to the back of several fat quarters, cut them into strips and they cut like a breeze with the Pumpkins Die. They all turned out perfect, and I am going to use the downloaded embroidery pattern to decorate and attach them to my table topper.
I bought this die to use in my children's sewing classes and it was a perfect choice. I can cut 4 layers of each shape with fused interfacing on the fabric so cutting doesn't slow us down and they can use the class time to complete their projects. And the shapes are so cute it's almost like playing with paper dolls. The kids are loving it!
I love this die! I have alot of circle dies and now can make all different sizes of snowmen for my "snowmen loving friends"! I also like how you can make ornaments and snowflakes with this die! And presents to go in the Sleigh die! So many things I can make with this die! It's indispensable! Thank you Accuquilt! I could never cut out such tiny pieces by hand.
The parts have really come in handy on a few projects lately. Easy enough that a shy beginner can get her feet wet with confidence.
I love all these accessories. You can cut them apart and reassemble them. You can make the snowman have bent arms by cutting the long arm in 2 and making it look bent. Cut off the finger extensions and add gloves to the ends of the arms. Cover his eyes with gloved hands. Put a snowball in his gloved hand, cut it from the pompom for the knitted hat. Cut 2 knitted hats, trim the hat where it bulges for the folded up part of the hat and make a multi-colored hat. Cut a top hat in red and cut it apart to make a low band for the top hat or a different colored brim. The best part is you don't have to cut these little pieces by hand. A little extra hand cutting to be more creative if you want.
I have made my granddaughter a t shirt with my circle die and this accessory die. So cute! So easy! Soooooo quick! I cut the multiples I needed along with singles all in one nice cut. Can't wait to make more! Ideas galore. I also appreciate your patterns too!!!
I really like the shapes/styles of the 3 different pumpkins and the embroidery that goes with them is adorable. But you have to be sure with the double pumpkin design - the thinner pumpkin needs to be reversed. It wasn't in the instructions, so was a surprise.
I bought this die to use with my circles die for snow people. I can also use the bows and hats with other dies as well. I like that so many different shapes are available on this one die. I’ll be using this in my winter sewing projects.
I have this die but have only used it once because I do not have any embroidery software for it. I wrote to your site to ask if it was available but, the answer was no. I would love the designs shown on the cover plus some others as well. I think you would sell more of these dies if you created embroidery designs using the die.
