I love netbooks, but a three cell battery is just too short-lived. I was getting 3 hrs tops with the standard battery. Now with the six cell I get seven plus without much change in weight. Battery upgrades and RAM upgrades are the best things one can do for these computers.
A most worthy upgrade for my Arcer Aspire One. While watching the pre-launch of the recent Space-X capsule to the spacestation I found I needed to set up the power options for battery use. The Nasa TV online was locking up. I then adjusted the advanced power options for preformance and all was well. A fantastic launch. Usage showed 3-4 hours available after 1/2 hr use. I had used it very little on battery because of the original battery allowed so little time showing about an hour after 1/2 hour use.
Was exactly what I was looking for , fit my netbook perfectly and more than double it's battery life.
Wrong battery--returned to Walmart
