Just what I needed
I haven't used it yet, but I was very pleasantly surprised at it's quality.

Well made, arrived promptly, fits over bucket for use in garden.
Great concept but returned and used rototiller instead of hand digging.
My husband loves his new sifter. Had to have the front yard dug up, and it is nothing but rock. My husband goes out there every morning to "play in the dirt". Best money I ever spent.
The sifter I ordered is just what I wanted. The price was very fair. The only problem was it arrived after I thought it would be here. I cannot blame Hayneedle for this. UPS gets that distinction. I would buy other products in the future from Hayneedle. I could do without the after purchase surveys, etc.
This product is okay for sifting dry store bought garden, or regular soil, but for compost it is a little harder. The screen gets clogged, and shaking it is somewhat difficult on the arms. Save your money and invest in the sifter, that has wooden arms, that you can shake back and forth over a wheel barrel.
A little small and on the flimsy side. Doubt the handles will hold up for long. We'll see. Barely adequite construction wise, definately overpriced considering the size and construction quality. Sloppily built, handles uneven.
