Great quality
I had a birthday party last weekend and I knew the birthday girl loved smoked salmon. I purchased Acme because I heard great things from another friend living in Brooklyn. I am now such a FAN!!! I went on their website and made the Kedgeree Rice recipe, which was a total hit for the party. Definitely a must try!

All of the people saying these fishcakes are yummy, I am almost certain, have never tasted a real fishcake in their lives. The consistency is mushy, and I tried preparing it in a couple of different ways. It is neither fish-like or bread-like in consistency, it's just mush that literally smears into a smoked salmon flavor smear with no fish bits or bread bits. Yikes. I wish I could return it...I pity the birds who eat it at the landfill.
