I break the capsule open to brush my teeth with it and sometimes I let it sit on my teeth for 10-15 minutes by itself after I brush my teeth or with some of my toothpaste
The product is of a simple origin without major processing, that I like, simple coal quenched with steam. The effects will be seen in the medium term. Cleaning inside can take some time. Nice presentation.
Brilliant so many years off suffering from IBS/ stomach crumbs/ bloating and 1 tablet a day sorted all off that! You must try plus peppermint tablets will do a trick.
Suffer with severe ibs and maybe malabsorption too but yet to get results, either way has helped me a lot been looking to try them for a while finally had time to test them.

Since my gallbladder was removed, I felt heavy and my belly was quite swollen. Since I started with the capsules I feel better, I have no stomach heaviness, although the belly is still inflated. Let’s see how it evolves. I’m glad for the moment.
I don’t use these for wind but I use them for excess stomach acid (indigestion) and the bowel problems that follow. Think of it as a vacuum cleaner for your body. Cleans out all the toxins. I use on days where I don’t have acid influx too. They’re natural so they’re difficult to misuse. Can even break them apart and use them to brush your teeth with or add to face masks. Will continue to buy them forever I think.
I’ve been taking these daily for about a week now and I’m amazed at the difference I’ve seen already. I’ve tried so many different tablets and pills to help with my IBS but nothing has worked as quick and as well as these have. 100% recommend these tablets.
