This does help tummy irregularity. Give it 2 to three weeks of having one daily and you should see a difference. The peach and strawberry are our favorites but the vanilla is good too. The vanilla is very sweet you won't realize you are eating yogurt aside from the texture.
I ordered two packs of these to have something easy to eat after back surgery. Just noticed today that 1 of the two packs I ordered expired on July 22 23. I im ordered Aug 3 23. Normally don't have problems like these and thankfully didn't get food poisoning off the one I ate the day after surgery. Would like a refund please.
