I didn't like yogurt at all but my boyfriend eats it every day. I tried this one and now I love yogurt. I eat it every day. As u can see its great. It's also great for gut health.
This yogurt truly helps my children stay regular. My one son has cerebral palsy so it's especially important. I buy it weekly. We love to put Hersey syrup in it to make it a dessert. Try it I promise you it won't disappoint. <3
This does help tummy irregularity. Give it 2 to three weeks of having one daily and you should see a difference. The peach and strawberry are our favorites but the vanilla is good too. The vanilla is very sweet you won't realize you are eating yogurt aside from the texture.

These items were past the use buy date of 5/27 on the 5/30 date my order was filled. They tasted sour and I threw them away, after taking a picture of that use by date. It was too much trouble to return them for several reasons. I just want you to know in hopes that doesn't happen to anyone else or to me again.
