This product is good for giving out rent receipts. I like the carbon copies as well so I can keep a record of all receipts.
Keep an inventory of payments and payouts.

this is helpful for receipts for rent payments. the first few pages don't tear easily though
I would not purchase this particular receipt book again because it was very cheaply made. The cover fell apart from the actual receipts so I had to staple it back on and it has no perforation to tear it from the book! But fortunately it does have it to separate each sheet, but not on the side of the receipt. I was very disappointed in this product. I decided to keep it and use it anyway in spite of the cheapness of it but I definitely won't be purchasing this particular book again. Usually I'm very pleased with the products I've ordered from Walmart. Not this time.
