You can't find the form at any store around here, so I went online and found it. Came exactly when they said it would,
standard easy to use and fill out, lots of useful information.
I bought this document only because it said I could download the document. When I attempted to download the document it tried charging me additional. I tried a few times to download the document for free — each time I was unsuccessful and the price went up. I basically ended up paying $19.99 additional for the document. I then attempted to return the item to Walmart and was told I would have to call customer because the local Walmart could not accept it back. I called customer service after > 30 mins on hold I spoke with an agent that sent me an email nd told me to return to Walmart and have Walmart re-attempt. After another 30 mins in the long Christmas wait line, I was again unsuccessful. It was escalated to the lead whom still could not return the document. In a nutshell I ended up paying the $14 for the document an additional $19.99. I would never buy this document again.
