I bought the light level resistance tube based upon the review which I read on this site. WOW, were they waaaaaaayyy off. I assumed this light band would offer up a little bit of resistance because the person who reviewed it said it was 20lbs of pressure. NO frigin' way. I also got a 6 and a 9lb dual grip medicine balls (which I LOVE), and they are nearly as heavy as the tension from this tube. After looking again, I found the Adj. Resistance Tube Kit, which has three different strength options. That is the way I would go if I were looking for a variety of exercises at different levels of strength. This company is awesome. A real breath of fresh air in an overly saturated (primarily garbage) fitness equipment industry.
Upon buying this resistance band I was shocked at how unwell it was marked! I got the easiest resistance possible, because I have to admit that I have NO arm strength, but it was still about 20lbs. of pressure. I would reccomend this to those that need easy but not too easy.
