I purchased the Ad Tech Ultra Low temp hot glue gun and found it to be a very good product. The tip does not get overly hot even after being plugged in for a long period of time. I used it with young kids who did not burn themselves and the items stuck fast really well.
Works really well for small quick project
I used this to put felt backing on the ploy burlap wreath I made. The AdTech Ultra Low Temperature Hot Glue Gun w/ad Tech Lo-Temp Mini Glue Sticks Combo Pack did a great job for me, because I did not want any of the poly burlap to melt. This would be so safe for children and older people because they would not experience any burning. Great product!
This Cooltool glue gun is a fun tool for kids' projects. I saw some ideas that I thought would be fun for my grandchildren, so I bought it for a rainy day. It stays cool (slightly warm to the touch). I tested it before the kids came over. I felt completely safe in letting the kids make things on their own. Today we made flowers and snowflakes. Later, we'll add some sparkles and color. They had fun and felt proud that they did it on their own. I highly recommend the Cooltool.

I use glue guns frequently for crafts and for household use. This gun does not have a burn smell and doesn't feel as hot as my other brands so I won't burn myself. Easy to use just plug it in and the glue melts quickly. I use a damp cloth to wipe off the end after use. Great price and nice design. I will store in my craft box after it cools. Comes with a nice supply of glue sticks
Love this low temperature Glue Gun! It is safe and it's small size is great for small children to use. Protects fingers from burns while it's low temperature is perfect for delicate craft projects such as paper and fabric. I found that the AdTech Lo Temp Glue Sticks quickly bonds to virtually any material. I do scrapbook projects and this low temperature glue gun is perfect for my delicate cut outs. I bought this ultra-low temp glue gun for use in my classroom with younger kids. It works much better than I expected, and is the safest option for applying hot-melt glue (or in this case, "warm-melt" glue). The included glue sticks make this a great value. I would enthusiastically recommend this product.
A long time ago someone I knew made a cork board out of wine corks and I have always wanted to replicate the process. Last week, I purchased this low temp glue gun and got the process started. It was important the glue gun be low temp and safe to use with children as I have younger siblings that love to "help" when I'm doing a project. I decided to enlist the help of my 8 year old brother to help me through this long process. He was surprising better at aligning the corks than I was and it made the project go so much faster with us both working together. Overall the process was much easier than I expected. Final result is a beautiful 2' by 3' cork board for my our home office and I couldn't be happier.
I bought this AdTech Cooltool glue gun so I could craft with my granddaughter. She always wants to do things herself, so with her just being 6 years old, I decided to give this glue gun a try. It is safe for children due to not needing to heat up at a high temp like other glue guns. It was fantastic! It worked very well and I could let her use it herself without worry!
