The best pain relief cream on the market.I have periferal neuropathy and this cuts the edge of the pain.
I HAVE TRIED ALL KINDS OF PAIN RELIEVING CREME...I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS.....THE COOLNESS IS NICE AND SEEMS TO KEEP WORKING FOR QUITE AWHILE....I HAVE BOUGHT TWO MORE(THEY DON'T SHIP ON TIME.. ONLY DRAW BACK) SO NOW I AM OUT....BUT DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY...........................WILL DEFINITELY KEEP BUYING AND USING...

It was not strong enough for me. I liked that it wasn't greasy but it just wasn't as strong as my home-made tiger balm. I have arthritis in the spine and can be very severe at times. This may work for someone with a little less extreme arthritis. Other than not being strong enough, it didn't smell bad and wasn't a greasy mess.
