I'VE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS, EVEN BEFORE SWANSON'S CARRIED IT. IN FACT, I MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE ONE WHO ASKED THEM TO GET IT IN! IT WAS TESTED BY A BIOCHEMIST FRIEND OF MINE AND TESTED VERY HIGH GRADE. HE RECOMMENDED IT ALL THE TIME IN HIS HEALTH SEMINARS! I USE IT DAILY AND NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT! IT GIVES ME AN EXCELLENT ENERGY BOOST AROUND 3PM EVERY DAY INSTEAD OF CAFFEINE!
As much plant based diet as I eat, I still seem to be lacking in Magnesium. This works for me. Helps elimination too. I take it on an empty stomach before breakfast, and it works super fast.
Product works extremely well for me. I am so glad I purchased it, and will do so again. I gave it only four stars because I have only been using it for a month along with the 2-AEP Calicum.
