I guess zinc is zinc but this is what I found last time I ordered. I do believe the orotate form better for absorption though.
I decided to try this after a relative felt significant results from using same brand Magnesium Orotate. This is my second purchase of this highly bioavailable Zinc. I'm in my 70s and old bodies just don't work as well it used to, thus we old folks need all the advantage that we can get in dietary supplements. Over my long term usage of dietary supplements, I'm always keeping an eye out for the bioavailable stuff for better/more effectiveness.

A quick and easy way to get some extra zinc when you need it. Easily absorbed on the tongue so it goes to the blood stream, for immediate action. It doesn't taste that great this way; but I just take a bite of something I like the taste of following this.
After researching zinc, I found this one to be a very good form that is easily absorbed. We are all very low in zinc and this one is very reasonable and small to swallow.
I did extensive research to find the right dosage for zinc because it can be an issue with too much. This is perfect, 9.5mg. One a day with zero risk of over doing it.
All the comments here about how Swanson's has a better price--yep, they do...because of the RICE BRAN filler. This product listed here at Walmart DOES NOT contain any fillers, so you're better off staying right here. I'm here because my health food store quit carrying the Advanced Research products.
Of all my research this is the best Zinc supplement available and Swanson has the best price! Orotate is the most bio-available form of Zinc. According to my latest blood work, it has increased the level of my testosterone. Can't argue with that.
1.) Everyone is low in zinc 2.) It is necessary for 200 reactions in the body. 3.)Orotate and asperate are the most bioavailalbe forms. You can't beat the price. Buy a years worth while you are at it!
This supplement doesn't contain any actual zinc which was upsetting. I ordered Kal Zinc Orotate after buying this fake product. This claims to have zinc, but in reality it simply does not. Maybe years ago this brand offered a real product, but that's no longer the case.
