This is probably the most durable mat I have found. I am very pleased with it.
Needed a mat to protect wood floors in an office from the desk chair casters. This mat is translucent and not clear. The textured side keeps the chair rollers in place. The "slick" side seems to stay in place on the floor, although I did set one of my desk legs on the mat to ensure it doesn't slide around. Arrived undamaged and on time. This is the right size for my desk and chair. I'm glad I went a bit larger to the 36x48 size. This gives me some space to scoot backwards and the chair remains on the mat. It seems to be well made, but time will tell how it holds up.
Mat arrived 24 hours after I ordered it. It was shipped flat and lays perfectly flat on the floor. Does not slip.
This floor mat is great! Flexible and stays in place. Would buy again, perfect!
So far so good. Liked I didn't have to deal with getting it to lie flat. Like the smooth and pebble sides. Didn't like to lack of multiple sizes to choose from. I would like a 3 x 5, 3x6 preferably, or even 4x5, 4x6.
This works perfectly for wood floors and is ample enough to provide the proper amount of cover for my chair. I would recommend this for anyone looking to protect their floors from desk chairs.

Good price. We used this in our home office over carpet with a shirt to medium pile. It is a little flimsy, but I guess you get what you pay for. This would probably work better on short pile carpet or hardwood floor. For the height of carpet we have, I believe a heavy office mat would work better. The product details pictures a flat box and it is stated that the mat is shipped flat. It was not shipped flat. That was one of the reasons that I bought it. It was rolled tight in the box. Now I have cases of water and books on the corners so it lays flat. I would guess that most customers do not appreciate being lied to. Also...I bought the mat because the Floortex website clearly states that all of their mats are made in the USA. So, it was shipped to the UK and then back to the US? I doubt it.
