This is a fun little boat that my kids love to play with. It's small and will fit in the palm of your hand. It's lightweight and easy for kids to play with, as it's a great size for them. This mini boat comes with a palm-sized remote control that is easy to use. My kids like to use this in the bath tub on rainy days and we need a fun activity to do. It works well and they have a blast with it. They are looking forward to the summer when they can run the boat in the pool and take it down to the creek. This would make a perfect gift for someone who loves water play.
This little remote controlled boat is adorable! I have it to my son, who like most boys, love remote controlled things and he loves it!! My dad owns a pretty big pond and we took it out there last weekend to give it a try! It worked awesomely! It was zipping this way and that way and was looking so cute out in the water! My husband even made the comment that he wants one to do races with! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who can go to the lake or other body of water. I think the range of ours was a bit more than 25 feet. I love it too!!
This boat actually surprised me with how well it works . We have gotten boats and airplanes with remotes and always are disappointed. This boat however works so good. The steering is simple has 4 buttons to use only . The best is the way the boat handles and turns so easily its great . We couldn't wait to use it so a bath tub was the only option as winter and snow here for us . My kids loved it , mostly my 11 yr old son . I would definitely recommend this boat for a variety of ages . Its a small boat and light the remote is heavier .
I'm actually very impressed that this little boat can be driven on water! It has been so much playing with it. I filled up our big bath tub with water and let me kids play. My son is 5 and he used the remote to steer it and my daughter is 1 and she was in the bath trying to catch the boat. They played and laughed so hard. The boat is about the size of an adult hand and you will need 4 AA batteries. The boat goes forward and reverse. It can also go quite a distance. We tried it out in our small pond outside. The remote control is very easy to operate and it also lights up so you can see the controls. I will post a video. This toy is absolutely a great hit. I was impressed with the quality and design. My son loved the color and that it can go super fast! The boat is pretty light but it never turned over in the water. This definitely held his imagination and interest for awhile and begs to go outside or make a bath to play. It's really a cool toy!
My toddler boy so excited got this radio-controlled mini boat, it has very nice blue colors, his favorite color. The boat need 4 AA batteries which is not included and the remote control came with rechargeable batteries and only need to charge it into the boat, my son seem so happy and enjoying play in the bath tub while he's bathing.
This Adventure Force Radio Controlled Mini Boat is amazing!! My children can not get enough of it, they've used it in the lake and use it in the shower tub as well. Even though it is a mini boat it still has a lot of horsepower and my 4 yr old has no problem controlling it. As a parent I love that my child is entertained with a hands on toy and that it doesn't take up a lot of room. The fact that it is a mini boat makes it easier for my toddler to carry around and of course loves how fast it goes the water. If you are looking for a fast radio controlled item for your child or for a gift search no more this will make the perfect gift for the little one! It is definitely both parent and child approved! We look forward to buying more for gifts.
I got this for my autistic grandson. I first installed batteries, then plugged in boat to the hand held driver let charge for 15 min. Well the red light kept flashing. I tried to mashing buttons to see if propellers would turn to see if it was charged they didn't so I changed batteries charged 30 min. Went through steps again propeller wouldn't turn. The directions are really vague!! So I got thinking put it in water and test well the propeller turned. So I took grandson out to pond and put it on water. He drove it over water around in circles. The hand held driver is a little difficult trying to figure out which button works which direction. But over all it is a great toy!! My grandson enjoyed playing with it.
This arrived smaller than I expected but it's cute. You need 4 AA batteries for the remote and then there's a hidden wire to charge the boat. It charges pretty quick. My kids are very excited to use it. It is all plastic and feels flimsy but might be good to float. Fun in the sink! Goes forwards and backwards.
We got our boat around Christmas time, so we tested it in the bathtub :) turned out to be a good thing, because it is a little temperamental. If it gets water in it, it will stop running, and you have to dump it out. If you're playing around in a pool where you can get to it, shouldn't be a problem. But I wouldn't use it in a pond, or somewhere where you wouldn't be able to retrieve it easily. The batteries lasted 20 minutes of continuous use for us. When the batteries are dead, the power light flashes, which is very nice, so that you know that the batteries are dead, and it doesn't just need to be dumped out. It then takes 8-10 hours to recharge, so not a whole lot of play time. It is easy to charge and easy to change the four AA batteries in the remote. A big positive for this little boat are the controls. It can really turn on a dime, and has a backwards function that can bring it to a full stop very quickly. I will say it was the backwards function that usually caused the boat to get water in it and come off center. Obviously, it was hard to test how far away from the boat you can get, but my kids did go to the basement, and were still able to control the boat, which led to wild laughter from those still in the bathroom. Overall, I would say remember that this is a mini boat with a $10 price tag. That considered, it is a lot of fun for 20 minutes.
THIS Boat did not work right at all. Was disappointed in this but I guess what do you expect. The charging spot is at the top of the boat. The remote opens on the side and their is the cord for it. I included pictures. I personally think the pictures they took are a little better then what it actually is but not to bad at all. I wouldn't recommend this at all though.
