Planted 5 of these prior to realizing should have planted less in a hHarvest. All 5 are doing great and continues harvest of Tomatoes May and June.
I am on day 58 of my initial planting, and I am absolutely amazed there are about 30 tomatoes growing between two plants. AeroGarden advised that no more than two tomato plants be grown at the same time. I'm glad I took their advice. These two very healthy plants drink up so much water, I need to refill the reservoir every day and a half. I just ordered the AeroVoir Watering System to make sure my plants don't run out of water. I can't wait for the tomatoes to ripen. I am so pleased with both my AeroGarden and my Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes!
Tried growing cherry tomatoes outside earlier in the year - only got a handful of tomatoes that took 8 months to grow and ripen. Set up a Bounty Garden with tomatoes and started getting tomatoes in about 3 months or so. 142 days in, I have over 40 tomatoes in various stages of ripening and the tomatoes are wonderfully sweet!
These tomatoes are wonderful to eat as well as a joy to grow. I've benefitted from reading the details outlined in the guides. This year I'll be concentrating on healthier and fuller looking plants. I've learned pruning is my plants best friend. So instead of the long, leggy branches I hope to see robust plants. Last year my tomato gardens still produced a bumper crop harvest of absolutely delicious fruit from the vine. I love the “search-and-find” hunt of my red treasures hiding among the bushy green leaves. ENJOYABLE GARDENING!
They grow great in the bounty. I didn't have to prune them last time. They are quick to grow and salty sweet. My friends and relatives are getting their own AeroGardens just to grow these themselves. I have grown them in the harvest and harvest slim with minimal pruning. They are really fun to watch grow. This latest batch is being grown in a 2019 bounty. I'm anxiously waiting to have my homemade salsa and chips again!

It's a good growing kit I'm amazed caused this is my first areogarden. And my plants are getting really big . After my tomatoes grow I'm going to order more . So I can make a salad lol
All pods germinated within two weeks of set-up. One pod germinated much later than the other 5. I "planted" in October and as of the end of December I have dozens of blossoms and quite a few immature fruits. I should have pruned earlier and more vigorously to maximize yield. Some plants are too close to the lights (raised as far as possible). One would have to reuse the set-up many times for economical production, but it's fun to watch and tend.
Need to pollinate each flower by hand. They grow so fast to touch the light and need pruning almost daily. It gets to the point you can't cut any off without cutting off flowers. It is a very time consuming looks nothing like their picture
Two of my pods had white Mold on them when they sprouted. I immediately pulled them and through them away. My remaining plants are having issues and I found white Mold on my leaves again.
