What a great deal for getting the comfort of a memory foam bed. If the pad alone came for this price, it'd still be a great price, so the bonus of a foam pillow(s) makes it that much better. The 2" thick pad really makes a big difference. As some other reviews mentioned, it takes a very long time for the pad to "recover" to normal shape from it's compressed packed form. Keep in mind you should let it recover in a warmer room to speed up recovery. I would be using mine in an RV, and placed it there to recover, but the colder temperatures wouldn't allow it to recover. I moved it to a room in the house where I had the temp set to the high 70s, and it still took a week to fully recover.
As far as the product goes I am pretty satisfied. I ordered a California King size and it fits pretty good, it seems its a little bit smaller than my cal king maybe an inch or so on each side but fits pretty good overall. I ordered a two inch thick topper and thats what I got after it sat for 8 hours to reinflate. I really like the pillows with the topper it makes for a very good nights sleep. I had to wait for a couple of weeks for the item to ship, I received an email a week after the purchase stating the item was out of stock, it may be just me but I cant stand when I am allowed to purchase an item that is out of stock. Ugh!!! But now that I have the topper and pillows I can sleep well LOL!!! I do recommend this item.
I've been looking for a mattress topper for years and they have all been short,even the ones that claimed to be XL(twin) were only 75".My mattress is 78" and finally AERUS has made theirs the proper length(and width).The mattress topper comes with a cover with a zipper and four 2" thick elastic bands at each corner to hold it firm over your mattress.This memory foam(and it is all memory foam) is 2" thick and the pillow is the same foam the mattress is made of.The pillow is comparable to my $40 Isotonic.The pad and the pillow has very little smell.The mattress alone is well worth every penny and then some.I'm very satisfied.
I got the Aerus Natural 3" memory foan topper for my bed and am incredibly pleased with it. So I bought the 2" topper for our horse trailer to make that mattress more comfortable. The 2' is comfortable, no doubt about that. It fits the mattress well and gives it a lovely melting feeling, however, the 3" is much nicer. If in doubt, get the 3". Either way, GREAT product!
I bought this for my mother who recently fell and broke her pelvis. She had a lot of pain in the morning before she started using this and now she wakes up with no pain. She loves the pillow too. She always wanted one. I didn't tell her that it came with one -- it was like a "bonus". I would highly recommend this topper and pillow.
Trying this over a firmer mattress, it's been a month, and so far it is working out well. The pillow that comes with it definitely takes some getting used to, and I haven't yet. But the mattress is easy to get used to.
