Phone works as it should, loud and clear.
This phone is perfect for me. I work from home and the headset allows me to type while talking. The phone base is much bigger than I thought it would be and I love it, it's easy to see the buttons and easier for my old hands to use. I got the pink and white one which looks nice too.
I work from home and it is just perfect for my needs. Sound quality is excellent. Pink isn't really my color but it had such great reviews I guess l can live with the pink. Take note, though...the caller ID only displays the telephone number...no geo info or caller name/company comes through.
Have not hooked up yet but it is nice hope it works properly
The headband is very flimsy and does not hold the microphone and single earpiece in a position that allows good reception or transmission. The band itself is so thin as to be part of a child's toy, it does not keep the earphone pressed to the ear. Don't know how this got the good reviews as this part of the system is unstable at best. I returned it but they are now wanting to "help" me adjust it as though I am the defective part of the system and not the headband. I am not expecting anything good to come out of the conversation with the vendor and have crossed it off as a mistake in choosing to purchase it.
In the description it says it has a hold feature which is not true. This phone doesn't have a hold feature. I bought this for a work at home job and the hold feature is what I really needed. The volume isn't that loud even when you turn it up. You have to be in a really quiet setting when taking calls in order to hear clearly. The time and date have to continuously be reset. Every time I set it the time and date goes back to default settings after a few hours. This was just a quick buy for me because I needed something quick to start my training. So I will be researching something better. I wouldn't recommend to buy especially if you need it for an work at home job.
