Great toy, my son feel in love with this toy! Endless hours of fun and excellent way to get him outside and finally unplugged from TV and computer

I received a free Air Hogs Vectron Wave from BzzAgent to test with my 8 year old grandson. We were sent the blue and black model. We opened the box and at first thought there is no way this thing is going to fly. We didn’t realize we would need batteries for the controller, but after we read the directions, we dashed to the store to get AA batteries. It did not take long to charge and we followed the easy directions. The Vectron Wave took off and surprised us all. It was a lot of fun. The charge doesn’t last real long but that’s ok, because it gave us time to think of different ways to fly it. I was really shocked that if you follow everything to a T that the Vectron will really appear to float above your hand. Our next goal is to play the “catch” game. This is definitely a cool toy. The box says for ages 8 and up. I would say 8 with an adult or older sibling. Even the teenager next door had fun with it and of course was able to work it right away. This will make a great Christmas/Birthday gift.

I don't recommend this for younger children or children who rough house because its made light so it can fly and is not sturdy at all I would not spend my money on this at all
This is the only toy I like, just because it won't hurt my son, if he stops the toy will drop

I received the Air Hogs Vectron Wave as a part of a promotion kit from Air Hogs/Bzz Agent, to try out. My kids are 5 & 10 and were pretty excited to see what this toy had to offer. It didn't take long to figure out and set up but I was disappointed that it didn't come with batteries. I know it should be no surprise that a toy came without batteries but this took 6 AA batteries. It takes quite awhile to get the hang of this toy especially with younger children because their hands are so small. My 10 year old had better luck than the younger one in having it float above her hand but it took so long that she lost interested. My biggest issue with this toy is when it "crashes" to the floor it always lands propeller up. Even though my kids were warned to flip it over with their foot first, both of them were "bitten" by the propeller. Both myself and the dog experienced that as well. It would be better if there was something that covered over the propeller to keep it from happening. Overall this toy is just okay. I think older kids will have better luck with getting it to stay in the air but it just won't hold their attention level very long.
