We are very happy with the performance of this humidifier. The things that aren't so great... 1. The very bright display can't be dimmed, and when humidity is below 20% it flashes '20' constantly. This means it's not good for bedroom use, unless you're used to runway lights, search planes, etc. 2. A separate power button would be nice, it has a zero fan speed standby; has to be unplugged to power off. 3. The water tank design is also not great, with the refill opening at the bottom. Yup, the bottom. Really crank the cap to keep it from leaking everywhere.
I found out that I chipped the part underneath where the water goes thru. I'm going to be more careful now
