The humidifier arrived timely and in relatively good condition there was one little flaw on one corner but we did not feel that it was bad enough that we would want to return it. The quick start up guide was easily understood and assembly was very simple and quick. We added water and water treatment and set it on medium settings for the humidity and medium settings for the fan and within 24 hours it had disbursed 3 1/2 gallons of water. It has a broad variety of fan speeds and even on high it is not uncomfortable with the noise. On the lower settings you hardly even notice it's running. The air in the house feels much more comfortable without the dryness.

Good looking piece of furniture
Very, very pleased with this purchase. I am a 82 year old lady with MS and was able to assemble it by myself. Plugged it in and away it went! Put out relief immediately. Highly recommend this product!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am very please with this humidifier. It is doing what it said it would do. It is capable of adding moisture to my house while running in the low position for 1500 sq. ft. Easily! It is noisy on the high but i have no need to run it there to do the job i need from it.in i love that it can maintain its programing and shuts off when out of water so it doesnt burn up the motor.
I live in the desert, Las Vegas, with the most arid climate possible. Most older homes here were built with swamp coolers, but the newer homes are only equipped with regular central heat and a/c. You either have to pay a small fortune to install a whole-home humidifier to your central unit, or buy room humidifiers for each room. After exhaustive research and reading reviews, I decided on this unit to cover the living area of my open floor plan (not the bedrooms or bathrooms). It was easy to set up, easy to fill, and quiet if I set the fan to level 1. It runs 24/7 and so far has done a good job. I set the unit for a humidity level of 50, and it reads 44-45 near the unit; and about 35-38 further away from the unit (measuring with a hygrometer). To get more dispersed humidity, I can either set the fan higher, the humidity level higher, or both. I fill the unit every 28 hours or so, and that means that I'm using 3.5 gallons of water daily for comfortable moisture in the air. I may buy the water hose to see if it's a little easier to fill, but I can't complain about the daily water fill since I knew what I was buying. I may buy AirCare's smaller units for the bedrooms now that I know about the company's quality. The biggest upsides: The unit does exactly what the company claims it does, I don't have to wipe down Las Vegas dust off my furniture every day, just once a week now, and my skin is so much better. Downsides: The fan is a little loud on higher fan speeds.
Works great puts out a lot of moisture
Makes a big difference! It only needs filled about every third day and keeps the humidity at a comfortable level. But the tile on the top is cheap plastic, not stone.
I like the size & style. The "marble" top is a plus. Wish I had a fern to sit on it. I've had to fill it every other day. The only drawback is that it is a little bit loud when it's running. Other than that it is a great humidifier.
This unit stopped working after 30 days the manufacturer has not gotten back to me after three emails
