I bought one 3 years ago and had issues with the outer plastic coming off and was a "warranty" issue. The new one under warranty had the same issues. It still floats but water holds in the outer layer and it doesn't dry completely and it looks terrible. It isn't even worth trying for another warranty claim unless the product has changed the flaw. We didn't even leave it in the water. We just used it with our boat and at a pond once in a while and always stored in a garage. I can't imagine how quick it would degrade and fall apart if it were left out in the water getting UV rays day in and day out. Would not recommend this brand. Hopefully there are better products out there.
