Got it for my 2, 4, 6 yr old kids. Small enough to fit in our RV! Big enough for all 3 to jump at the same time. Very sturdy. My husband set it up in less that 5 minutes by himself! I told him many had said it was difficult, but he said all he did was follow the instructions. So, don't let those "hard to assemble" comments scare you, it shouldn't be too difficult if you follow the instructions given.
As an athletic person, this trampoline met expections for some lower body workout. From the waist down, this trampline can help in trim and tone your abs, hips, thighs, armstrings, calves and reinforce your knees very gently. For a woman (me), it will help with cellulite and water retention. The action of jumping repetedly on a soft surface will help to release these little subcutaneous "bubbles" (that no-one likes....) almost like with a massage but/and at the same time, you'll build some muscle/become more toned. What a delight, only 10 minutes a day, every day if you can, you play to make yourself more pretty and happier. Thanks.
Mini trampoline arrived seven days early! It was very easy to put together. Had my husband assist me when I needed a little extra man-power. I use it while watching TV. It does not fold up, but is light and easily transported up and down stairs. Stores on its side behind a bedroom door. Small investment for a good little exerciser when the weather isn't suitable for walking.
takes 2 to initially put it together but it is exactly as advertised...quiet and safe
I am going to comment only on the concerns I had when I first ordered the item: The bands are quite and very sturdy- I did some research and felt this was best for me plenty of bounce but offers the support while doing sit-ups. I was able to put the trampoline together all by myself- my suggestion take a quick look/read of the directions (the photos are pretty basic on how to put together) there was a light chemical smell after about 2 days of use and putting outside and inside the smell is gone. Weight Limit is 200lbs, but it seems pretty sturdy to me - it has been a great addition and adds various options to my normal workout. I am very happy with the value and the quality of the product.
Price was really reasonable. Quality is ok but what can be expected for the price. One thing I was surprised to find was it has a weight limit of 200 lbs. I'm slightly over that so I'm concerned about really pushing how hard I jump on it but I just use it for easy bouncing for rebounding.
Purchased this after going through about a dozen other (Gold's Gym) mini-trampolines over the course of a year. Like the fact that there are no metal springs. Unlike it's predecessors, nothing has broken or failed in the first week of use, so it's got a thumbs up so far. Looking forward to seeing if it survives (one of my kids jumps on it 3-4 times a day, weight about 90lbs) extended usage. Setup does require three people; setup wasn't difficult just a little scary while stretching the mat.
The cost is good, the trampoline works fine, but even with two people wrestling with it, we were not able to put it together properly. The box came open, and obviously whoever tried to use it returned it cuz it won't snap together properly at the joints. It's crooked and lopsided but still able to jump fine. It makes a loud creaking sound when jumping though.
I purchased this to just tighten up some saggy muscles. I am 62 years old and for the price and for what it is this trampoline is okay. There isn't a lot of bounce for your feet to leave the mesh. I move my arms and basically get my heart-rate up for 30 mins a day and it's fine for that but if you want a hard workout you need something with more bounce, sturdiness and higher legs. It did take 2 people to put it together but it didn't take long. The cover is so tight the trampoline is kind of whompy and all four legs don't touch the ground at the same time. Once I am on the trampoline it evens out. I wouldn't try to get too active on this trampoline and always beware of where your feet are.
I had a Golds gym trampoline before that I wore out. I chose this one as a replacement because it was slightly larger in diameter. My husband and I put it together in 15 minutes. I actually just jog in place on it --- not jump. The bounce is not good! It doesn't give weight recommendations, but I am average height and weight and found it uncomfortable to use. My husband noticed it too. Will give to grandkids to play on.
