Works great on my super dry skin. I use this all year round to keep my skin moisturized and healthy. It really helps with the itch i get after i get out of the shower. Very high quality product and will continue to buy it again and again. Its not the best for and inital sun burn though. This brand aloe is best. Then when i start peeling i use the lotion to help it
I get very bad burn and this not only helps that not happen it makes my skin not dry either new found love .
This is such a miracle product! Last summer, I went to Cancun. The sun was very intense. I usually dont sunburn easily, but being that close to the equator I did sunburn. I used this after being in the sun everyday, and it kept my sunburn extremely noticeable and it healed so fast! I love this stuff!

This might be one of the most important reviews I write! I swear by this lotion anytime I get too much sun. Get. This. Lotion. It is a refreshing quench that absorbs into the skin and doesn't feel like oily film after application. I can put this on a sunburn and it will take the sting away and keep it from peeling in a very short amount of time. I feel as if I'm putting the aloe vera plant directly on my skin like I did when I was younger, except this time it has the perk of a perfectly concocted lotion to go with it!
The smell is not what you would exactly expect, but my skin looks so good after I use this! I love to lay out and sun bathe (more like nap!) and I'm always out on the water during the summer. My skin always stays hydrated when I apply this after hours under the sun.
This lotion is incredibly effective in fulfilling its purpose. However, it feels a little gross when putting it on. The best way to describe it is slimy. Yeah I know all lotions are kinda slimy but you know what i mean. It comes out super fast, its super easy to use too much and it feels just a little gross.
Alba botanica is a household fave! We use a lot of their skin care products. My family is extremely familiar with it and I love the way this makes my skin feel after a long day in the sun. I love the fact that this has aloe vera which is extremely good for your skin. It's a bit on the more expensive side then other products that do the same thing but if you want something better for you go with us.
I was surprised by this one. Overall I did really end up liking it. I felt it worked to help ease my overly sun exposed skin. There is a slight smell to it. It's not terrible but not my favorite either. The consistency is more watery. I was put off by this at first but maybe it's better that way because it can absorb quicker? If you're not a fan of aloe gel because of the sticky texture then definitely give this one a try!
