My baby loves this mobile. We purchased this when she was three months old and we've used it everyday since, she is know seven months. It captures her attention long enough to get a few things done around the house. The mobile is very stimulating, it is meant to entertain your baby, not to put them to sleep, so if that's what you want then this mobile is terrific.
very engaging for my newborn... i can sit her in the crib when she's wide awake, and this mobile keeps her engaged while i can go and get ready, etc. only thing i didn't like is how it hooks onto the crib...my crib has wider sides than normal cribs so the mobile doesn't fit on there as easily as it would for most other cribs i'm sure
Love it love it love it. Just got it the other day. It is HUGE! I didn't realize! It is also tilted at an angle so it is coming right over baby in crib. Awesome. Everyone who sees it just LOVES it. One of my fave things in nursery. Took me 5 minutes to put together, its AWESOME! I researched like 10 different mobiles and this is supposedly best for baby's development and stimulation.
We bought this item for our 3 month old daughter and she just loves it. I purchased it based on the other reviews I read and I was not disappointed. The only complaint I have is the volume. I asked my husband to turn it on LOW and he said it was. They need a VERY LOW setting for quiet time. I just put a diaper over it like everyone else.
This is a fantastic mobile. The music is great and the animals keep my daughter's attention. She is three months old and when she sees them she smiles at them. The only thing I wish it would do is loop through all the music at once instead of having to change it manually. I still would recommend this to anyone looking for a good mobile.
When 15 minutes of valuable time are bought with this mobile (or possibly more if they are really into it), you will be glad you splurged for this great mobile. My twin boys both love it, and even continue to look in awe when it stops. FYI, there is a deluxe version out there with a remote - if you think you might need it... we didn't miss it.
We got this for our 3 month old son. He loves watching it in his crib. It is very colorful and has nice music. It also fits our crib very nicely!
I looked at the reviews for a lot of different mobiles and decided to go with this one. I LOVE IT!!!! My two month old will lay there staring and cooing at it so I can actually get some work done around the house.
this product is absolutlety stunning to look at. I mean even I cant keep my eyes off the funny looking toys. I love love love the colors. but it doesnt spin around. I think maybe thats a battery issue. I will replace the battery. But apart from that it is really a wonder to look at. I wont mind having it dangling above my bed. I know I will stare at it. the best one I have ever seen. I highly reccomend.
I would not recommend this to ANYONE! The mobile is very bright colored with fun animals, but that is it. The mobile itself is very large on a crib and seems to overpower it. When I attached it to the crib, the top mobile part was almost too top heavy and pulled at the section attached to the crib leaving a large scratch. The volume for the music is VERY LOUD. It has 2 settings, LOUD and LOUDER. Not anything that would put a baby to sleep. The concept is good with the bright colors for stimulation...but what about sleep? We use our crib for sleeping only and it only kept our little one awake. There are also beads on the arms of the mobile that clank back and forth as it spins, only adding to the stimulation. If you use your crib for play time, it may be just what you were looking for.
