[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this camera directly facing my front door from the inside. It is triggered by anyone knocking or delivering a package. I love how the motion activation works and triggers recording. I also love that my tiny bird is in the room and I can speak to her through the day and listen to her. I can also swivel the camera to face her as well if I so choose. Being able to talk through the camera is also useful if I catch my teenagers doing something they ought not to be doing. There's a slot for a removable micro SD card and I've got a really large half terabyte one that will record endless hours of footage. I feel so safe now that this camera has my back.

I like the fact you can actually speak and hear through it and watch in real time, (2 way audio). It was very easy to setup and the directions were not complicated at all. I also really like the Motion Detection Feature. This is very convenient and saves time when going through your video. It also comes with 24/7 alerts. This is a great feature I setup with my smartphone. The video is a pretty clear, HD Video. I have yet to have any issues with playback, recording, or anything else for that matter. I definitely recommend trying this ALC AWF21 1080P Indoor Full HD Wi-Fi Camera. One last thing, it also has 25 feet of night vision, which makes it much nicer and easier to view in the dark.

Honestly though, once I found the App and got started, it wasn't as hard as I feared. The picture you see on your phone is clear. Also, we can communicate back and forth through the camera and my iPhone, so that's a huge plus! I'm going to use this when the grandkids are napping. Then move it to the main part of our home when we go on vacation. We have a security system that dispatches the Police upon a break-in. Wouldn't thieves be surprised when we start talking to them???

There's an app you sync to the camera and the video is very clear, there is also voice so you can speak THROUGH the camera! There is motion detection so going through your recordings is a breeze. They pretty much covered all the bases with this camera! You can use it as a baby monitor, or to keep an eye on your pets or kids while you're not at home, or just as an added layer of protection for you and your family. I know I have more peace of mind since installing this camera.

And it works just as good as the other one I had in there. It was easy to setup and to find the app. Some of the pros about it is the night vision is really clear. The two way communication I haven't had any problems with. It is great to try to calm baby before going in to the room. The motion and sound detection works well. The only con I have is the fact you have to use a micro sd card if you want it to record, than you can up load to cloud I would recommend this product to others.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ALC Wi-Fi Camera is well worth considering as part of your interior residential/commercial security tool. The device is very light and portable. I installed the device on top of a curio cabinet adjacent to a wall outlet. Configuring the software provided was very simple and quick. Just make sure you have an adequate Wi-Fi signal in the area you will be using this camera. I turned the camera on and my network immediately found the device…the on-screen instructions were very easy to follow. I downloaded the ALC software through the iPhone Apple Store. You will need to use the software to setup how you want to view the areas where the camera is mounted. Booting up the ALC software will first identify the network and then proceed to a full connection. After connection, an image immediately appears on your phone and can be viewed in either portrait or landscape mode. There are 4 on-screen menu options; 1 - allows you to take a camera snapshot of the viewed image; 2 – allows you to hear audio from the area viewed; 3 – allows you to record the image viewed; and 4 – allows you to speak to the area being viewed…all very simple to configure and use. Picture quality is excellent and there is a slot for an SD card to record images. I give both the device and software “5” stars…great camera for home use

We like that it is small in size and has audio features. Another plus is that it has motion detection and night vision so you are able to capture only the activity you need. Overall a good product.

Can watch to see if anyone comes and goes. Like the feature of how I can talk to them from anywhere. The only downside is if you don't have high speed Wi-Fi the video playback was very laggy. Other then that it is a great system. The setup was amazingly simple. The app was very easy to understand. All in all a good product.
