This infrared spa is amazing! It was recommended I get it as I have only 1 kidney, and sitting in this at 131 for almost 2 hrs 4x week is like having 2 kidneys! Very helpful for detox and has been working like a champ. I agree the chair is nothing to rave about however for the price and quality of the unit I'm VERY happy with this purchase and would HIGHLY recommend. Even arrived in a couple days, way ahead of scheduled delivery date. One of my BEST purchases ever!!!
Love this sauna! I sit in it at least a couple times a week in the evening while watching TV. Wonderful product! Works well and easy setup!

This is an excellent product! Don't waste your money going to expensive spas to have this HEAT & SWEAT. This product works perfect and you can be in the comfort of your own home. Going to a spa, you buy a package or set of heat wraps and have to deal with some phony person being nice to you for a tip and when its not big enough your not treated so well the next time. I try to use this sauna once a day for about 45 minutes. I have been using it for two months now and I can tell that the skin all over my body has gotten better. The breakouts on my back are gone and my face is clearer. I also sleep soundly the night that I use it. I'm sure I got other benefits from using it as well.
This sauna is really nice. I just picked it up and have only used it once so far but really enjoyed it. It heated up to 140 in just five minutes like it says and once I started to sweat - took like 5-10 minutes- I set the timer for 30 minutes. My skin was so soft afterward. I mainly got it to have a good sweat 3 times per week for detoxing/health promoting purposes. It folds up easily and stores nicely under my bed. I recommend this product and am glad I purchased it.
I really was surprised at how much I liked this portable infrared sauna. (Yes, set up is a breeze!) only thing I would change is the size. I am average size (5'4" 150lb) and fit fine. Any one tall or stockier would need a bit more room. I noticed a dif. in 1st time usage (30 minutes at 115 -tempt. ) skin and sleep.... And yes, You will sweat like crazy! :)
