[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I do get a lot of headaches. I used this Aleve product to combat my headaches. I love that it is easy to open especially when I have a headache and everything hurts. Yes I would recommend this to anyone who gets frequent headaches and has difficulty opening pill bottles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cap seems very easy to open for me with my problematic carpal tunnel, but I do not have arthritis so it may be more difficult for someone with arthritis. The caplets still work the same as all other bottles of Aleve to remedy pain in the body. Very good pain reliever.

Just one caplet was strong enough to provide all day pain relief. Each pill has the strength to last 12 hours. It relieves my pain and loweres inflammation so I can get back to doing the things I love. I am even sleeping better with less pain for a good night's rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was comparable to anything else I tried. Nothing really special about it. Of course, a good product to take if you have issues with taking Ibuprofen as it can upset your stomach. But I would recommend this product.

Headaches ughh tell me about it at least I have finally found the right over the counter medicine for me. It's affordable, effective and easy to take. I like the thought into the easy opening cap It's easy to open for those sleepy or drowsy days.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free product from Influenster and Aleve in exchange for my honest review, but unfortunately I am not able to take nsaids per my doctors anymore. I have taken Aleve in the past and yet I always preferred ibuprofen. I've never understood why brands like these market their same product with different types. This arthritis variety is the exact same medication and exact same dosage as the regular type of Aleve, the only difference may be the easy open cap. So although naproxen sodium aka Aleve wasn't my drug of choice for pain relief, headaches, fever etc. that does not mean it won't be a good fit for someone else so I'd say give it a try if you have your doctor's approval. But if you are like me and have been warned by your doctor not to take nsaids either then stay away. Even if you do not have arthritis I feel an easy open cap is always a nice bonus unless you have small children around who you do not want eating up your tablets like candy. And I'm sure for those of you like my grandma who had very arthritic hands the easy open cap is even necessary. I don't remember the original Aleve having a safety cap but maybe things have changed.
