i didn't get my bag of ice
the driver got here 5 minutes after pick up. the ice was clearly sitting long before the driver got there as it was ¼ water. it soaked my rug and floor.
%231 they Changed the ice and it's not aa decent as it was. %232 I ordered for delivery and it showed in stock! Couple hours later got email saying they're out?? I know the store and they're never out! Called customer service NO HELP AND NO CONPENSATION FOR THE HORRIBLE INCONVENIENCE! MY THROAT IS SORE AND I NEEDED THE ICE along with other items. No help!!!! I order ALL THE TIME was told icpyld order another order of a 20lb bag and PAY EXTRA FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY AND BE CHARGED FOR MIN ORDER NO HELP
By the picture, the items was delivered to the wrong address
ice was melted i had to throw it away
I did not receive my ice
it's not in the order I came out right after the guy pulled away
Item was opened at the bottom and dropped on porch
that's when I ordered my two bags of ice almost half of it was melted by the time that it got to me
Ordered ice online for curbside pick up and it was given to me all broken. Not ok.
