[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with these headphones. I'm so happy to have recieved this product. I have always been a huge Alienware junkie and have been looking for a new gaming set. These are so sleek and modern! The features and battery are incredible.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wireless headset is pretty cool. The overall design and shape of the over ear parts is interesting, and definitely fits the Alienware name. I like that the alien face logo lights up and you can customize the colors and how you want the light to fade through an application that downloads on your laptop/pc. The retractable microphone is convenient, prevents the mic getting in the way if you aren't using it. Even though this model doesn't have Bluetooth, the included wire helps for when you want to plug in and the wireless toggles help with the wireless feature, just make sure you don't lose them. The box it comes in also works as a storage case with straps that hold it in place. Overall a really nice headset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying out Alienware headset and I was impressed. The headset fit is adjustable and is very comfortable to wear. I used the headset on my PC and on my gaming console, it worked perfectly on both devices. The volume and mic control are located on the headset, making it easier to control those features. The sound is great and the noise cancellation feature is definitely my favorite feature. Overall, this headset has been extremely useful for gaming and for non gaming with great battery life . By the way, the design is very futuristic and the little lights on the side of the headsets with the Alienware logo is very cute.

The headset fits comfortably over you ears, they are soft and have really good sound. I like that the microphone is adjustable it can be out when in use or pushed back and out of the way. I did drop a star due to the difficulty setting up. It took a good hour to get the sound to work properly. I don't mind downloading specific apps but to complete set up I had to buy a subscription. Luckily it was only a few bucks. Overall great product and nice to have playing my video games

The earpiece goes around your ear, which is really nice because then it doesn't put pressure on your actual ear. The part of the headpiece that is adjustable to make it fit your head properly is made of elastic, so nothing hard is sitting on your head. There is a nice built-in storage spot for the microphone. At this price range, I do feel like one thing missing is the ability to connect via Bluetooth. Also, the instructions for how to set them up are useless, just a few pictures. I had to Google to figure out how to do it. Other than that, they are great.
