This product is a bit pricey, but works better than any probiotic I have tried. I had taken one of the cheaper products and it wasn't doing much so when this came on sale, I decided to give it a try and was amazed at how it worked! One day I ran out and I was waiting for another sale so I got on a different product that was less expensive than a Align and somewhere in the middle…and it was not bad but not great. I started really having bloating issues so I went back to Align. It worked miracle immediately. I swear that I will never use another probiotic ever again. Now I stock up when it goes on sale!
I like the packaging that dispenses by the week and by the days of the week. Very convenient!
If you're having any irregularity with your gut health or gastrointestinal issues this stuff cannot be matched. The pre and probiotic combination helps keep you regular along with overall health. I have found that with the use of this product I am not getting other seasonal colds or similar illnesses like that as my immune system is spending less time with gastro issues.
I have been taking this for about 3 weeks now and it really has me pretty regular already. I can’t wait to see if it helps me feel better too
I've tried many out on the market and these are the best by far! They've helped so much. Try them, you'll like them. Oh and they are gummies that actually taste good! Thumbs up for this product!
The gummies are cheaper than the pills and you get more of them. They don't taste so good though.
I have a type of colitis that causes diarrhea. I'd been having to take steroids and another probiotic to help with it for years. I saw Align on sale at Sam's and decided to try it. I have been able to quit taking the steroids and am having no unwanted side effects from the Align. I encourage everyone to give it a try.
Align consistently works for my ibs with diarrhea. The bacteria found in align is a specific gut bacteria different than most probiotics. I have used this for a few yeats now and I am happy with the results.
Sadly it got delivered to the wrong house but I was able to retrieve it! Love this product! Works better than any other prebiotic I have tried!
Remember, we are all unique. When I took this about 8am, I had more morning hunger. I generally stick to a 11-7 eating window. When I noticed the change in my eating habit, I assessed recent changes in intake. This supplement was the only change. I chose to not take it for a week %26 the morning hunger was gone. I've stopped taking it entirely now. I'm happy my 11-7 routine is back.
