I have taken these consistently for 2 weeks before writing this review, and I feel like I have more energy both - through my day and in reserve. Helped me get rid of the need of an evening nap. For me this has worked a little better than taking Vitamins in the B complex individually, though I can't claim to know why or how that works, my best guess is this has better balance. Cons: It's a hard pill to swallow - literally. And has an after taste for a while, something I can live with, but can't get used to.

First I would like to say I'm glad it's only one tablet dose and there's 50 servings in each bottle! What a sweet deal. This multivitamin is PACKED with all the great essentials and more. This vitamin has everything from your As, Bs, Cs, down to fruit and veggies. If you're not someone who eats well or doesn't feel like you get enough nutrition in a day, I would definitely recommend at least taking one of these. ALWAYS take with food or you will feel sick. That's just how it is with any multivitamins. I take this in the morning with breakfast to start my day. Gives me a little boost in the morning to help start my day. I would not mind making this my permanent new daily multivitamin for now on.

This was the first time that he has tried this brand and although he hasn't noticed many huge differences between this and his last multivitamin, the biggest one is one didn't have any side effects. His head felt weird on the previous one and with this one he is completely fine. He would probably prefer that the actual pill be smaller but that's his only issue. The pills are pretty big. He didn't notice any poor taste. As for ingredients, I personally am allergic to niacin which is in this multivitamin so if you or your male partner are, too, please keep that in mind when considering this particular product.
