This item helped out alot. It got me back on my feet.
Great product to help w/a cold.
Unfortunately Arkansas weather is unpredictable, it can be in the 30's one day, and 78 the next. It did help clear up some sinus congestion. Not hard to take, works well.
This is my go-to product when I have the symptoms listed on the box. It works great!

Some folks might get the relief they need from this Alka Seltzer Plus, but, for me I was expecting more. It DOES NOT unplug MY sinuses. It DOES work well for all the other symptoms.
After years of products, this is one of the few that works
