Living where allergies and chronic sinus issues are common, was introduced to Alkalol over 10 years ago. Have used it consistently and it works for me to help keep head clear and able to breathe. Was glad to find Alkalol at Pharmapacks since it is difficult to find locally.
I love Alkalol. I use it everyday. It's keeps me from getting sick with viruses. And it keeps me from being bothered by pollen. So much better than just a saline nasal wash!

My daughter has chronic sinusitis. The only product that offers her any relief is Alkalol, which she has to use several times a day. Pharmapacks offers the product at a price that we can afford, typically one-half of cost in our local pharmacy and 40% less than the best-priced online supplier. The product is packed perfectly and arrives quickly. We can't ask for anything more.

I had read reviews of Alkalol Nasal Rinse on another site. If you have severe sinus problems, you're willing to try anything. I add this rinse to my saline solution - WOW! It really helps to soothe and unplug my sinuses. It is an all-natural rinse developed in 1896 by a physician wanting to better help his patients with sinus problems. Try it; I'm extremely glad I did.
Great Product. PHARMAPACKS had a good price, however because the product is bulky and a liquid we did have pay for shipping. Still the convenience and quick delivery were worth the extra cost. This product is hard to find in quantity at any stores, so this method of staying stocked up is a good one.
This wash really helps! Its perfect to rinse away sinus pain and pressure!
For a decades-long-sinus/allergy-sufferer (with a deviated septum), Alkalol Nasal Wash has been a wonderful discovery, a blessed relief, a great investment and an (almost) essential survival tool! After years of constant battles with nasal allergy/sinus issues (which frequently led to "full-blown" infections), I discovered the benefits of Alkalol in the summer of 2016, and life has been so much better (no antibiotics for upper respiratory infections since)! This product dissolves mucus, relieves congestion and helps me to breathe more easily (without any worries about side effects or drug interactions). I like to mix one ounce of Alkalol with one NeilMed sinus rinse packet and eight ounces of purified water in a NeilMed sinus rinse bottle to perform a sinus irrigation. this stuff makes a congested snot nose run away quick. used it daily when i was sick in my neti pot cut my sick time down and every time i use it i can breathe through my nose. have since ordered another bottle
