This is my second favorite brand of sinus wash. The first is no longer being sold. I try to use it at the onset of any sort of cold, flu, allergies symptoms. The worse you feel, the stronger the saline part of the solution needs to be. The mucus flush out should be (close) clear. If it isn't clear there is an infection. If it is any shade of green, STAY HOME. Use warm water (Luke warm for beginners). If you aren't familiar with sinus washes (or eucalyptus) be warned that it's going to burn a little. [Not a substitute for professional medical care].
This helps my sinuses during allergy season, and also in the winter when I have colds to remove mucus. Wonderful smell and menthol feeling.
